The Importance of Conversation

In part two of your book, you talk about how conversation is important and the creating conditions for helpful and fruitful exchanges. At the highest level, you talked about us being able to see people better by talking with them emphasis on the width. So just for that part, how does this section focus on talking with people? Like, why do you emphasize the width and what exactly do you mean by that? Why is that such like a crux in your mind, this with idea? Well, yeah, I mean, the SOS, right, the sorting other in siloing, what it encourages among us is talking about other people. It not only encourages it, it makes it lucrative, right
