Do Quantum Particles Know if Someone's Looking at Them?

Einstein didn't believe in god, but he did think there might be a creator. He hated quontom physics and shrodinger's theories of the universe. But they couldn't sort out what was going on - so einstein left them to their own devices. His theory is that God may have been created by quantum mechanics.
