We don't have any goals or any metrix for success. It's about how did it feel as we went like, our people burned out? Do people hate each other now who liked each other six weeks ago? Did this make our company stronger or weaker? Ah, did this improve personal relationships or damaged personal relationships? We do get feedback from customers, obviously, and so like, we incorporate some of that in the review as well. And theni of course, if a major mistake is made, then on we go back and fix it immediately. Otherwise, we let it ride for a while and cond of ain to revisit it a few months later and see how it all felt.
