The Judge's Decision to Sent Donna to Prison
Judge Emmett Clary sentences Donna to four weekends in prison, alternating weekends because of her custody arrangement. On Sundays, the marshal will make sure she gets out in time to pick up her kids. The judge names some additional conditions, including a period of house arrest and three years of supervised release with mandatory substance use treatment and drug testing. Fair upon the hearing adjourned at 12.47 p.m.
