The Influence of French and Spanish Imperial Life on St. Genevieve
It seems like St. Genevieve would play the roles of empire that each empire asked them to. But it also seems like this community was just kind of isolated, even as it was connected to Entre Po's like New Orleans. It's impossible to be completely separate, right? This is the world that they are in. And again, they are connected to the trade and the economy. We see that when these different events happening abroad or even on the other side of the continent, that influences who migrates into St. GeneVieve and who migrates out.
