When you have a really big project, there's a hill. The discovery phase can take the entire quarter and then the execution is actually short. At big companies, if you're working on a feature that may touch or involve multiple teams, like coordinating with those teams has to be difficult. And it can be such a nightmare to not to untangle what the correct requirements are.
