Is There a Side Effect From Digestive Enzymes?

I've never seen anyone have a side effect from taking digestive enzymes. There's one group of people who will, and that's somebody who potentially with an active ulcer. The enzymes can aggravate it. And if you do have a reaction, normally you can just lower the dose by a quarter and slowly ramp up over a week or two to see benefit at the end of that. I would just say test, like test and seek support.
