Sled tells Alec that they don't believe these shootings were random. They get a DNA swab from him in that car and then they ask if he knows Paul's passcode. It took until March 2022 for investigators to access Paul's phone, but ultimately a member of the Secret Service decided to try it on Paul's birthday. Outtells sled that he hasn't yet fired CB Row, but also that he doesn't think that CB Row is the suspect.
