How to Interview a Candidate for a Position

At this point, a couple candidates have been thoroughly vetted, interviewed, background checked and found to be a great fit for this position. Now it's time to send this information to the client. The info would depend on the firm and how thorough they are when I was an executive recruiter. This helped paint a picture and created talking points before even interviewing the candidate.
