i think the stuff is so critical right now, both meditation and then all different attempts to kind of chill out our sympathetic nervous systems. The simple act of taking time to focus on your breath means you're kind of like a muscle re, training your mind to go to the that you want. And every moment that you spend focusing on your breath or a few minutes a day can increase your concentration. It can decrease things like craving. But it can really help regulate your emotions. Again i think in part becauseyou're trained not to ruminate on the bad stuff, but to focus on the good stuff....
