How Technology Can Transform the Biosphere

We live inside this myth of technological superiority that is predicated in large part on the separation of ourselves from the environment as though those are two entirely separate things. And it's an illusion we really need to break with. So every time we build some kind of tool that is intended to separate us from the world, I always feel that if you kind of pause it slightly differently, it actually reveals within itself this kind of constant reinforcing reconnection to the world.
