Stanford Law School's Policy on Free Speech

The Supreme Court has long said with respect to free speech that you don't have a hecklers veto. If they had stood outside the event like they stood outside the Stanford Dean's con law class and silently protested his speech, that would have been consistent with Stanford's free speech policy. But they didn't do that. They tried to aggressively disrupt the speech. They succeeded. And so I think it is an important inquiry for Stanford Law School. if it's policy means anything to implement its policy"
