During the pandemic, we've had an epidemic of digital eye strain. The average US adult spent almost 11 hours a day in front of the screen. Blue light can contribute to digital eye strain and it can also make it harder to fall asleep. There's actually been quite a bit of research done in terms of sleep patterns and exposure to screens.
