Fox's Defense of Falsity
I'm not privy to two pieces of information really. One is what is the likely future non-speculative injury that Dominion is going to suffer? And I saw a news report about accounting in Northern California that ended its contract with one of the voting machines because of the controversy around them. Fox's defense seems to be, well, the company isn't worth all that much. Look how it only sold for a few million dollars here and there when it was purchased. But given the fact that falsity has already been adjudicated,. I'm a little at sea about how Fox will be able to make that argument credibly in front of a jury.
