Residential is pretty obviously a more obvious pla, a more fertile ground to build that kind of community. It's much more natural when you're building apartment buildings than when youre bilding office space. And so bred class a in this like, am building a a, a party centric class? F the jargon. Call me out on it. That just means you have your your shiny, beautiful glass tower with every amenity space the designer was able to cook up.
