Raffa and Grosi said the IEA has not seen evidence of that but they were not allowed, I believe, to see everything in that plant. Is it possible to breach them with explosives from outside? I imagine if you have a large enough explosive that’s possible, but they are designed to withstand full impact of a jet airline crashing into them
