Oddity to Offer Crypto Tokens to Investors in Initial Public Offerings
Oddity, which sells products through its il machiage and spoiled child brands, is offering a so called security token. The token converts into a share of stock in an eventual initial public offering at a 20 % discount to the ipo price. Other tokens, though, oddity tokens won't be tradable after they are issued. That means investors would have to wait for the ipo to sell and realize any profit.
