What Is This Feeling That Language Calls Sham?

We almost never actually get curious about what is this thing that language calls shame? Or any other feeling. So the best i could see about this couple years ago, as i've talked about many times on this podcast and in the new book, it seems to be some combination of their some sensation there. We feel something, we feel some energy, some energyis perceived, and then some stories are perceived.
