Diversity of Thinking
It's important to have conversations about this, because that word seems to be a trigger word for some people likeike. So when i also hear diversity, i think of inclusion. And inclusion means everybody has a seat at the table,. Everybody's voice is herd, everybody is rewarded and recognized. But it's diversity of thinking. You need diversity i have on my ships, we have people from 60, over 60 different countries. That's a huge amount of diversi When you think about it, at the top of the organization, i engineer diversity. At the top, poselly engineerit.
