Free Will Is Not a Matter of Feeling
Free will would end up being something that doesn't have a physical organ, which therefore can also not be the same as a matter of feeling. You may actually choose against all the feelings that you have at that point. Otherwise, you cannot resist temptations. So, I think that is itself conceptually a problem. And so, I don't think that's a good argument to make a free choice.
