The Advancement of Jiu Jitsu

I really do think that technology has played a huge role in the advancement of Jiu Jitsu. I remember when I first started training, like, you know, these were back in the days where like, you couldn't really cross training was something that was very frowned upon. And nowadays, everything's just completely all the cards are on the table. You know, and so it's it's opened things up in that way.
