Tim McArver RIP

Tim Mcarver died on Thursday at age 81 21 year playing career two time all-star two-time champion even longer broadcasting career 23 World Series called I think I missed Mcarver's prime as a broadcaster people who heard him in the 80s rave about how insightful he was and prescient in later years. Fan graphs added Negro League stats to its website this week so I will link to where you can find those on the show page these have already been available at seam heads and baseball reference but to have them at fan graphs is great didn't want to neglect that wonderful addition to the site.
