Should We Raise the Debt Ceiling?
In January, annual Social Security benefits increased by 8.7% as a result of inflation. That means all the people who are getting Social Security pretty much spend all their money. The fact that we keep on giving Americans more money to pay higher prices in and of itself causes prices to go even higher. So paying our bills is really important. We got to raise the debt ceiling.
