The Importance of Innovation in Value Driven Growth

It's difficult to get people to understand that the value drivers are in many instances going to be just as important and more important than quarter-on-quarter growth. And I think that's something that organizations probably don't understand as much. On average, across nine different value measures, that there's a 14 and a half percentage point gap in innovating against stated strategic priorities. So, there's definitely room for improvement here.
