The Importance of Honest Feedback

Do you actually give the real feedback? Or are you trying to manage the GP's ego by saying, well, you know, they're overallocated when they really said, like, I hate that guy and I don't ever want to see his face again. We want to communicate the honesty back. Of course, we use discretion. And there are certain things that shouldn't be communicated no matter what, and those are meant to be sort of off-the-record comments.
