Before the industrial revolution, there were more than was more of an apprentice master apprentice system. They would work with a master artist and learn how to be an artist. This apprenticeship system existed for centuries but has now been replaced by factory education. And unfortunately, the results have been truly terrible. The teachers force the students to learn crap knowledge. We have to learn so much without understanding another great point about schools: You can't spend a long time with each child being creative,. helping them understand the full knowledge.
