The Importance of a Culture in a Nation

i feel like whenever we have this conversation we're finding down to like the uk in the united states yeah but france how could you look at a place like france has no culture or italy or russia right they don't think about it that way i truly think that they they don't make the connection between the fact that all of these people that are surrounding you in their respective countries are also white people. All these countries would be the exact same places if there was no culture right and why is that because a culture has been created? It's just like okay those are the same colonialist hubs that you've been complaining about in this country for god knows how long
