The Importance of an Evening Routine

An evening routine is a series of behaviors that you either consciously or not consciously do before going to bed. These could be things that you consciously do and work into your schedule, or they could just automatically happened one day over time. For me, my goal is to make sure that my eveningoutine is a combination between things that I do naturally and things that I may have to remind myself to do. The number one goal of an evening routine should be to wind down and get the best night of sleep that you possibly can.
