The Secret Amojes Are Secret, So You Might Not Know About Them
When you get a million subscribers on i message, you do get that one amoji. But those ones are secret, so you might not know about them. That's actually of a weirdly interesting observation. I've been thinking about how like it used to be that social interaction was an extremely personal thing and like it was only done in private. Now we have made it so that social interaction is such a public thing, and it is its performative. And that makes us de value the interactions that we have in private, which hurts. It's just something that i was thinking about this week end, that's all.
