The Importance of Judge Eileen Cannon in the Case of a Former President

The former president is being prosecuted in West Palm Beach, Florida. There are only three judges in that division and one of them he appointed recently. Eileen cannon was involved in the case at an earlier stage involving litigation over the FBI's search of Mar-a-Lago. She was roundly criticized for some very strange rulings and rationales that she had made at that stage of the case. And that is the judge they drew.
