Keeping Your Brain Calm and Getting Things Done
Time blocking was easy on the days where they had medium autonomy and super hard on the mostly empty days. It really seemed to help with the ADHD brain which often needs redirection. As a result their brain now thinks that they've achieved things despite still getting about the same amount done. So our tire advocate of the show says that at least for these two weeks they've managed to successfully change their attitude to the task list.
