Is Your Baptism Still Good?

In the sixteenth century, reformers agreed with augustine that a baptism's validity does not rely upon the worthiness of the one who administers it. But in the nineteenth century presbyterian church, they rejected that position for a while and required anyone baptized as a roman catholic to submit for a first genuine baptism. In the twentieth century this was reversed; now individual churches can decide whether or not baptisms are legitimate.
