How Long Did It Take You to Be a More Relaxed Runner?

When you first start running, there are ways to mitigate a lot of the stress. But it takes a while to become more relaxed when you're going longer distances. I would only run for 15 seconds at a time, 30 seconds at atime, then a minute at a time. And i'm sure i poby would look tight to people, but like, i elt, i felt like i was running calmly.
