Is Your Company a Family?
In the midst of all of that, your job is not actually somebody's family. At some point, maybe if you're going to make $50,000 more a year going somewhere else, it might be better to make $10,000 left. It can create retention by keeping people invested in a thing. And I would actually scrub the language with family from it because family is actually different. Your company is also not a church.
