I made one huge mistake in that process. I had been president of Honeywell Europe for three years. And so I decided to create such a position for Medtronic. Six months after I pointed my general counsel comes to my office and Bill can I close the door? He called up the chief auditor and he said, this guy's been running a bribery fund on behalf Italian doctors. But it was a very good learning experience.
