Nicole: I think there are actual men's groups where you do share emotions and like it. Camilla: If your man has expressed that like or if you have seen that he needs to get some emotions out but doesn't know how or doesn't feel comfortable doing that with friends? Nicole: There are groups dedicated to that where you can actually talk openly in an unjudgmental group about how you feel. Because it's nice sharing feelings. It is and unfortunately men have been socialized in a way that makes them feel like they can't.
