Delivering Books and Reflecting on Gratitude

In this chapter, they talk about the joy and excitement of personally delivering a book to a new friend in the neighborhood. They express how this act of hand delivering one book brings them back to the beginning of their career, where they used to sell CDs out of a trunk. They reflect on the gratitude and love they feel for each individual reader, regardless of the size of their audience.
