The Importance of Processes in Selling Your Company
I don't think people quite understand what having processes, the multiples you can get and the options of the buyer, how big of a pool it opens up and your freedom after. It might be better to take a year, two years, put in the processes, get things moving, bring in some other people on your team. And then once you have a year track record or that, then we go out to market.
