Can Levodopa Help With Video Pathic Parkinson's?

Paul, your America's primary care doctor, I wanted to pull you about this. Are you starting people on levodopa, carbidopa and sending them off to neurology? I haven't had the guts to do that myself, but I just wanted to know your practice and how you think about that. Paul: In my own practice, I do not start medications. I will defer to the experts for that. But sometimes a trial of carbidopa levodopa can help you diagnostically. Maybe who's got idiopathic PD should get better in terms of their motor symptoms with some levodopa.
