I think when somebody's trying something, like do it for real, like whether it's paleo or carnivore or vegan. Like don't be including foods that really aren't on that plan. My biggest concern, if the individual is an overweight, which are not overweight, is maintaining muscle mass. And I just find it more ever more difficult to maintain muscle mass as we age.
