The Catch Up Trade in Small Caps
I think over the next three months, we're going to get a catch up trade. I mean, as utilities and energy, the two worst sectors to this point, tech is a runaway winner. A third of the Russell 2000 is not profitable. You also have it to have an expanding GDP, not contracting. After that, I think you probably peed out there.
