Breast Self Exam

The American Cancer Society does not recommend that patients doe monthly self breast exam. The study showed there was no difference in dying of bress cancer between the two groups. It was found that the women who did the self breast exam were diagnosed with a slightly earlier stage of breast cancer, but even that wasn't statistically meaningful.
