Do You Use a Scoring System to Risk Stratify VTE Chemo Prophylaxis?

We have swung the pendulum way too far in favor of chemo prophylaxis, even in lower patients. So we're going to pull the room here. In y'all's hospital systems, wherever you're working, do you use a scoring system to risk stratify who warrants VTE chemoProphylaxis? By a show of hands, who does? All right. Who has no idea?
