Aerobic training is probably synonymous with endurance athletes for starters, so and that makes sense. Initially, there's just a misunderstanding of aerobic conditioning. So people are the uninterested. They pay its scant attention in regard to how much investment they will put in for their strength training program. And then those, the combination of those two things means that people go, Oh, well, you know, we don't need it. I'll just do some tempo runs or I'll do some fat leg runs. And that's good enough. Like that's all we need.
