The Importance of Reading Aloud to Children
i just finihed reading aloud to book to my daughter. She's in second grade. And i read to her island of the blue dolphins, which is, you now, most peopeud say it's a middle school book. It's laxile as a thousand. So that puts it its a sixth grade level. Li lsm elexis a measure of of text complexity, sentence length and vocabulary.
