How to Get Your Kids to Dress Up Like a Stover?
The minute you intellectualize something you lose them. But the minute you start giving them masses of intellectual numbers and information that loses the child. For instance when I was teaching the periodic table I used to get them to dress up as various elements. If you were just talking if you're standing at the front of the classroom just talking about sodium and saying you could be talking about bananas or mud or anything. They can't be made to do that. And so that's why we have people in government that have a lot of facts and information but really can't do the job.
