The risk of a perry intubation arrest would be quite high in a patient with a severe metabolic acedosis. I'd use an agent like kenamine where the patients going to be able to maintain their respiration and respirate. And finally, think it's really just good practice, you're going to communicate your plan to your r t and your team that after we want to really maintain this patient'se at a high rate.
