Are There Certain Kind of Personality Traits That Lamda Is Designed to Avoid?

Lamda could be used to answer natural language questions. Google says it has not designed anything targeted at children. One of the personalities lamdas are prohibited from developing is that of a murderer. i think google has been cautious about releasing it to the public so far.
