i typically give them options. These people like to have options, and they're very busy. They'll pick the one that works best for them. And i usually get an appointment. Once i get that appointment to start building relationship, then the whole process starts, and it just becomes normal. Every time i meet with them, i send them callend invitations. Now, take it for what it's worth, it takes some courage to do this, because you're doing something different. But overall, i really want you all to see a difference in your organization. I want you to try these different things. It sounds challenging. You can't keep doing the same thing over and over again
