The Dollar Versus C&Y: A Tourist Trade
The long US dollar versus C&Y is probably the most crowded tourist trade out there right now. The issue for me here is what could trigger the reversal of that dollar trade at this juncture? I don't know if the world can have a global bull market run without China contributing to global growth, as it did in the past. And so the path of list resistance is they do very little. They do ineffective policies. At some point you get frustrated and you look for something else.
